Food Challenge – Bratwurst

Not sure if this isn't a thing in other countries too, but I guess this grilled sausage is kinda typical for Germany. It's mostly know and loved in and from Thuringia, where there are even different recipes for these sausages. You can find them often on booth at local markets.

Food Challenge – Pfannkuchen?

This one is a typical german dish, but there is a big "argument" about how to name them, since nearly every region has it's own name for it. In Saxony we call them Pfannkuchen, but in other areas they are p.e. called Berliner or Krapfen.

Not a typical german food, but I like them. Especially with jam or chocolate cream.
